External Auditing and Preparation of Financial Statements

The financial statements are reviewed in accordance with the International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS) applied in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia by obtaining sufficient evidence and documents and then expressing an opinion on the financial statements to add confidence to the financial statements and submitting them to the competent authorities, as many government agencies, private entities and systems require approved financial statements. They may include periodic quarterly reports with regular visits to the facility or a final report according to the client’s needs.

Internal Audit and Governance

The company’s internal control, governance and auditing system is studied, and the policies and procedures followed are reviewed and evaluated and whether they are consistent with the facility’s policies or not.
